Safety Committee
Persons such as Managers, Supervisors, and Employees
that will be responsible for assisting the Safety Director
in
complying with written policies and procedures. Bysetting
up a Safety Committee, you will be presumed to be in compliance
with the Communication Standard of the Regulation if the Committee
meets the outlined criteria included
with your program.
The safety committee is required to meet at
least quarterly in order to stay in compliance.
