Most people believe this is the right thing to do...or do they? The reality is, discrimination, especially subtle discrimination, and harassment are still common occurences in your workplace.Common stereotypes and broad assumptions about our differences are at the root of most discrimination problems. We all want a safe, fair and productive work environment, but discrimination can lead to an erosion of these principles. Everyone benefits from a discrimination-free workplace. But, if we let discrimination be a problem...nobody wins.
